Wrestling fans everywhere had their jaws drop in unison on November 4, 2021.
Why, you ask? Because WWE released the great Keith Lee out of nowhere. Fans lamented the fact that Lee had everything that worked for him during his NXT tenure stripped away upon his callup to the main roster. And they also expressed their sadness over WWE botching the push of a ready-made superstar that could have made a lot of money for the company in the future. How the titans at Titan Tower missed the boat on a man that elicited great crowd reactions during his Survivor Series 2019 and 2020 Royal Rumble appearances is immensely upsetting.
Fast forward to February 9, 2022. Lee made his AEW debut by proving just how incredible he truly is by destroying Private Party's Isiah Kassidy. Watching him look so happy and back to his old self in a wrestling ring was pretty inspiring. So inspiring in fact that I decided to drum up some dream matches for the big guy that would really allow him to show out and prove his doubters wrong.
