VaynerSports Announces VaynerBasketball Division Led By Bay Frazier

There’s a new addition to the VaynerSports family. Official as of today, serial entrepreneur and chairman of VaynerX, Gary Vaynerchuk, has just announced some very important updates with the launch of VaynerBasketball–the latest under the VaynerSports ecosystem. This new VaynerSports vertical will focus on the representation of professional and collegiate basketball players and personalities. Bay Frazier—the long-tenured basketball executive and long-time business manager of NBA superstar and future Hall of Famer Carmelo Anthony—will serve as the division’s president and CEO.

Here’s what AJ Vaynerchuk, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of VaynerSports had to say in a statement announcing the hire:

“We, very quickly, recognized Bay as someone who knew and understood the basketball landscape in a manner we saw as critical to the overall continued growth and success we’ve steadily built over the past 7 years. Bay’s basketball knowledge, experience and relationships are going to be a tremendous asset to VaynerSports and I’m looking forward to working with him as we continue to achieve our collective goals.”

VaynerSports Co-CEO Greg Genske also had this to say:

There are tons of exciting developments to look forward to in the future according to Frazier, who made this statement in regards to the announcement of his hiring:

There was great mutual interest in helping VaynerSports trailblaze the path forward for VaynerBasketball and adding to the overall success that the agency has experienced throughout the years. I’m excited and look forward to the challenge.”

VaynerSports was founded by Co-CEO AJ Vaynerchuk in 2016 and he alongside Co-CEO Greg Genske has been at the forefront of the explosive growth of the agency. The agency currently houses Football, Baseball, Combat, NIL, Gaming, Consulting and now Basketball as operating divisions.
