Basketball Fans Get in Here: Everything We Know About Disney+'s Chang Can Dunk

At the moment we don’t have any official behind the scenes pictures of the cast and crew, but that’s okay because the trailer is more than enough for the time being.

Chang Can Dunk is an upcoming American sports-drama film written and directed by Jingyi Shao, centered around an underdog coming-of-age story, involving high school basketball and the titular character Chang’s determination to overcome expectations including the notion that he needs to be able to dunk to be a successful basketball player.

Bloom Li stars as the main character Chang, and Ben Wang takes on the role of Bo, Chang’s best friend. Dexter Darden portrays DeAndre, a former pro-basketball player and two-time Estonia League MVP, and there will be more characters introduced throughout the film.

It looks like we can expect Chang to go down the journey of trying out for his high school basketball team, but beyond that we’re not really sure of what else the film holds as it's a surprise.
